Papaya is one of my favourites. It's a leather I've worked with for many years and I can't see me ever being without it. It's a fully veg tanned cow hide in a warm brown with a slight reddish tint. It makes a wonderful watch strap.
The strap photographed for this page was stitched with natural thread, but Papaya also works well with white, grey & olive drab stitching. To see the options for thread colour see the stitching colours page.
Straps produced with Papaya leather will be approx 4mm.
