About Toshi Straps
Toshi Straps Ltd. is a UK limited company based in England, specialising in handmade leather watch straps made to order.
Handmade to Order
All straps are individually handmade to your specification. Small variations in colour, texture and finish are normal and part of the nature of handmade leather goods.
Ordering Process
Once your order details are agreed, work will begin on your strap. Please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct before confirming your order. Changes to an order may not be possible once work has commenced.
Payment
Payment is required in full before work begins. Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.
Production Time
Lead times vary depending on workload. Estimated times will be provided when you place your order, but these are not guaranteed.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail or another suitable carrier. Delivery times vary depending on destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Returns & Cancellations
As straps are handmade to your specification, they are non‑returnable unless faulty. If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. If work has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Non‑custom accessories may be returned in accordance with the Returns Policy.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your strap arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will repair or replace the item where appropriate.
Liability
Toshi Straps Ltd. is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
