Burnt Sienna is a traditional dark reddish brown coloured leather, fully vegetable tanned and hand finished. It is a very soft, pliable leather with a lovely texture and a antiqued glaze. It has a classic appearance and is a little thinner than many of the leathers I use for my straps but still tough enough for a large watch.
The strap photographed for this page was stitched with natural thread, but dark brown and grey threads all look good too. If you want to see the options for thread colour please see the stitching colours page.
Straps produced with Burnt Sienna leather will be approx 3.5mm thick.
