Horween Derby is one of my personal favourites. It is a full grain, veg tanned steer hide with a lovely soft feel from the Chicago based tannery. Treated with waxes and oils during the tanning process it makes a wonderful strap – take my word for it. This is highly recommended!
The strap photographed for this page was stitched with natural thread, and I personally think this is the only way to go with this one. If you disagree, you can see the options for thread colours in my stitching colours page.
Straps produced with Horween Derby leather will be approx 5mm thick.
