This is a very special vintage leather that I came across recently. It’s a pure veg tanned deer hide that was produced a small independent tannery in the UK in the mid 1970′s. There is only a small amount of this leather so there is a limited number of straps available. Vintage Stag is a warm rich tan colour full grain leather that is beautifully soft and pliable. In my opinion it works best with natural stitching (as shown). Violet is a beautiful dark purple aniline dyed calf leather with a lovely sheen and full grain texture. It is very soft and supple and looks great with grey stitching. This is soft as butter from the start. Walnut is something a bit different. When I first saw this I fell in love with the grain. It is a thick buffalo leather and looks stunning on a large watch. Light brown or natural stitching is perfect, but almost anything goes with this one. Whisky is a full grain, naturally tumbled vegetable tanned cow leather with a beautiful matt finish. This is a truly luxurious leather produced using traditional tanning methods and is perfect if you are looking for a watch strap that ages beautifully. Zombie is a heavy weight waxy steer hide with a soft touch and a naked appearance. It has a slight pull up and is perfect for a casual looking watch strap.
