If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with the privacy policy govern Toshi Straps’ relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

The term ‘Toshi Straps’ or ‘me’ or ‘I’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 39 West Avenue, Exeter, EX4 4SD. The company is registered in England and Wales with the company registration number 08069099. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
• This website uses cookies to help with the operation of the store pages & shopping cart. No personal information is stored within these cookies.
• A contract between the customer and Toshi Straps will only exist once payment has been received and the order has been processed. Payment is always taken in advance and in full before an order is accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• All orders for straps will be shipped either on the scheduled posting date (given in the email I send to the customer once the order has been processed) or before that date. For strap orders this is generally around 5 weeks after the order is placed; for accessories this is within one week of the order being placed.
• Neither I nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, the reproduction of colours is only as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which I shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
• This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to me. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
• All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website.

• Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

I take great pride in my work and I will never send anything out that I consider to be less than perfect. I check all my straps many times before they ship, so it is highly unlikely that there will be a fault with your strap when you receive it, but if you are not satisfied with your strap when it arrives because of my craftsmanship or the materials used, please contact me by email immediately. If there is a problem I will do everything in my power to put right any issues you have with your strap.

Many of the leathers I use are available in limited quantities and will run out from time to time, so if a replacement strap is required and the leather originally used is no longer available I will replace it with as close a match as I can at that time.

This guarantee only covers defects in my workmanship or materials, and does not cover wear and tear or mistakes made by the customer during the ordering process.

Cancellations are only possible if you notify me of your wish to cancel before work has started on your order. In most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it, but if I can help I will do so.

I reserve the right to make a charge for any work already undertaken on your behalf & materials used / expenses incurred in the event of any cancellation or change of order.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

I only ship using a signed for service.

For UK domestic customers I use Royal Mail First Class “Signed For” to ship your order. For international customers the service I use depends on the country of destination, but it will be Royal Mail “International Tracked & Signed” where possible, or Royal Mail “International Signed” if a fully tracked service is not available to your country of residence.

If you have paid using PayPal or by a credit / debit card, I am required to ship to the delivery address linked to your payment regardless of the address you enter in my website at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address linked to your payment is current and accurate.

I will not be held responsible for loss or delay due to old or inaccurate address information being held by PayPal or your card issuer.

All orders are processed and shipped strictly in the order that they are received.

As soon as the goods have been delivered to your door you will be responsible for them. I make deliveries only to the address on your Paypal payment (or the order form in the case of an order paid for by bank transfer or cheque). From the time of delivery to that address any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. If goods arrive in a damaged condition you should inform me within 7 days from delivery. If you receive goods other than those ordered, it is your responsibility to notify me within 7 days of delivery. Toshi Straps Ltd will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
