Shooting Brake is a leather that was actually commissioned by one of the UK’s oldest motoring manufacturers for the upholstery of one of their luxury saloons. The tannery produced more than was ordered and so I managed to buy a little of what was left. It is fully veg tanned calf and is unbelievably soft and supple. If you want something buttery soft then this is for you. It has a pronounced grain, a slight pull up and a lovely matte dark brown finish. A classic dark brown strap.

The strap photographed for this page was stitched with dark brown thread, but light brown, natural and grey all look good too.

Straps produced with Shooting Brake leather will be approx 3.5mm thick and are priced as follows:

£130 with a free spring bar buckle
£135 with a sewn in buckle
£140 with a screw bar buckle
