This is a very special vintage leather that I came across recently. It’s a pure veg tanned deer hide that was produced a small independent tannery in the UK in the mid 1970′s. There is only a small amount of this leather so there is a limited number of straps available. Vintage Stag is a warm rich tan colour full grain leather that is beautifully soft and pliable. In my opinion it works best with natural stitching (as shown).
Straps produced with Vintage Stag leather will be approx 4mm thick and are priced as follows:

£125 with a sewn in buckle
£130 with a screw bar buckle
