Below is a brief explanation of the order process

Step 1. To place an order you must first go the page on my website that showcases the specific product you want to buy. Everything I sell can be found from the main Store page – when you’ve found what you are looking for simply click on the image of the product you want and you are taken to the page for that product.

Step 2. The product page will contain information about the product and an “add to cart” button. Please note – if you want to order a strap, the “add to cart” button is not active until you have made selections in all 4 of the the drop down lists (for strap width, strap length, thread colour & buckle choice).

When you have made your selections and pressed the “Add to cart” button the product is added to your shopping cart and you are taken to the cart page. If you want to add something else before you checkout, simply click on “continue shopping” and you’ll be taken back to the main Store page. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until everything you want to order is in your shopping cart. At any time you can view your cart by clicking the cart icon from the main menu.

Step 3. When you are ready to complete your order go to your shopping cart and click “proceed to checkout”. You will be taken to the checkout page where you are asked to enter your personal details (name / address / email / telephone number) and select the payment method you want to use. If there are any special instructions you want to give me you can do that in “order notes” section (found at the top right of the checkout page), and if you have a promotional code you can input it here. You also have the option to create an account when you place an order – this is not compulsory (you can check out as a guest if you prefer) but if you want to read more about the advantages of setting up an account please see the FAQ page.

Step 4. Once you have completed the checkout form simply click the “place order” button and your order is submitted to me & my website will send you an automated confirmation email (this is sent to the email address you give at checkout so please make sure you enter a valid email address as without it I can not contact you). If you have elected to pay via PayPal you will be taken to their secure website to make payment, and the automated email is sent only once payment has been made.

Step 5. Once a day I personally reply to everyone who has placed an order over the previous 24 hours. This email will confirm all the details of your order and confirm whether or not payment has been received. If payment has been received this email will include a firm posting date, and if not I will give you details of how you can pay (depending on your payment preference selection). Please note – I can not schedule the build of a strap until I have received payment for it, so if payment has not been received the order will be placed on hold until it is (straps are built strictly in the order that payment is received for them).
